Nathan M. Gillette, AIA, LEED-AP is the Vice President and Director of Energy Finance Analytics, LLC. Nathan comes to EFA with more than ten years of experience in the architectural and construction fields. He is a licensed Architect and a LEED Accredited professional with extensive experience in the sustainable design field having completed nine LEED projects. He is responsible for working with clients to successfully implement and manage energy efficiency, sustainability, and climate change projects. With the rare talent of both design and construction experience, Nathan has the ability to quickly solve complex energy efficiency issues and create cost effective solutions. Nathan has managed a wide variety of projects from each end of the architectural and construction spectrums including the design of many custom, high-end residential homes, religious structures, restaurants, offices, and retail projects. As an award-winning historic preservation architect, Nathan has a special interest in adaptive reuse projects and energy efficiency in historic buildings. While earning his professional degree in Savannah, Georgia, he was trained in the craft of historic preservation by a local, renowned preservation architect. He has worked on many different types of preservation projects from urban infill in historic settings to adaptive reuse of obsolete buildings. While a member of several different professional organizations, Nathan is a Past-President of the Grand Valley Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and is Member of the ASTM E50 WK24707 Workgroup for the development of the new standard for Building Energy Performance Analysis Disclosure in Real Estate Transactions.

Bryant G. LaPres is an energy and sustainability consultant for Energy Finance Analytics, LLC. Mr. LaPres has a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Business from Aquinas College. Mr. LaPres is responsible for preparation, data collection, analysis, and development of EFA reports. Mr. LaPres offers knowledge on various energy and sustainability topics ranging from greenhouse gas assessments, green building due diligence, various green building certifications, and assessment and strategic planning of available financial incentives related to energy efficiencies.
